Turn around time on custom items is 18-21 business days on pens and sublimated cups. 

Custom epoxy tumblers turn around time is 3-6 weeks. 

These turn around times do not include shipping time. All items are shipped through USPS or UPS. You will receive a notification when your items have shipped.
